U sing a variety of different methods, I try to communicate with as many people as possible. I first became active in effective communication when I joined my local ‘Toastmaster‘ group. There I began practising my public speaking skills and improvised speaking. While the experience certainly produced a lot of anxiety I learnt a great deal from it and gained in confidence.
Beyond that experience I began creating videos, then blogging and have since moved into having my articles and opinion published by the respected ‘Nursing Times‘.
