About Me

I was born in Essex in 1984. After going to college in Colchester I went to the prestigious ‘Escape Studios’ school for visual arts in London. After working a runner with a few post production companies I moved back to Essex to pursue a career in nursing.

From there I gained employment before enrolling at Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford where I am currently studying Adult Nursing. I also continue my involvement with the Colchester Shotokan Karate Club where I am a 1st Dan (black belt).

While I was in my first year at university I began my involvement with the ‘Nursing Times‘ and soon became the ‘Student Nurse Editor’ of the ‘Student Nursing Times‘.

I am married with one son (Dylan) and currently live in Harwich, Essex.
