New WIP image added

Hello all, just to let you know that I have added a new Work in Progress image.

This one is from Maya. I have finished the detail and colour modelling from Mudbox and have now imported everything back into my primary modelling program (Maya).

I have given her some eyes to make it a little less scary. This render is only with the colour map, the next stage for me will to be to clean up some of the UV’s around the eyes and lips before putting on the Normal and Displacement maps.

After that it will be to sort our some hair. This will either be through a Mudbox model or some paint effects.

Strange title I know.

I am making good progress on the human head model.

I am currently using Photoshop and Mudbox to try and layer on the details.

On the To Do list is to get the lips finished. There is some slight problem but I’m not sure what the solution is at the moment. I know the model and UV’s are clean. Anyway, after that I will get more detail on the ears and then review the whole model before moving onto the tricky issue of the hair and eyes

There are two new work in progress images added to the gallery. This model has now been finished in Maya and will either be taken to Mudbox or ZBrush for final detailing and texturing.

As you can see my site is undergoing some changes. Not only has it moved to a 100% solar powered server but the visuals are getting an upgrade as well. Please hang on while this change occurs, the full site should be working in a couple of days. Please check back later.
